A short skirt in sheer printed fabric, set in four pleats on a black elastic waistband.
Please note: the skirt comes on its own waistband only. In some photos it is styled over the Matchmaker Tights, sold separately, whose wider waistband is not part of the skirt. It is just as lovely worn simply over black tights.
