Stockist Terms

Wholesale access is reserved for approved retail partners. Seller and contracting party for all wholesale orders is POPZ Production GmbH, Voigtstr. 29, 10247 Berlin, Germany (VAT ID DE462243438), which sells Maldire products in its own name. POPZ Production GmbH reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale access requests at its discretion.

Stockist tiers

Every partner is assigned a tier for the year according to the number of pieces ordered in the previous calendar year (January to December):

• New partners: your first order sets your starting tier. A first order of 600 pieces starts you at Flagship, 150 pieces at Stockist.
• Moving up: as soon as your pieces in the current year reach the next threshold, you move up with immediate effect. You keep the new tier for the rest of that year and for the whole following year.
• Moving down: your tier never changes down during a year. If your pieces in a year stay below your tier, you move back one tier from the following January.
• We let you know by email when your tier changes.

Your code

You receive a personal wholesale code by email. Enter it at checkout to apply your tier discount. The code is linked to the email address registered with us and is not transferable: it only works for orders placed with that email address. Codes cannot be combined.

Prices shown in the shop are recommended retail prices, excluding VAT.

Ready to ship

• Pieces from our stock, available in the sizes shown on each product.
• Minimum order: €1,500 at retail price, before your wholesale discount.
• No minimum per print or per size: combine styles and sizes freely.
• Ships within a few days of payment.

Made to order

• The full line, produced for you in our atelier.
• Minimum order: 50 pieces from the made to order line.
• Ready to ship pieces do not count towards the made to order minimum.
• With a made to order order of 50 pieces or more, ready to ship pieces can be added without any minimum.
• The delivery time is confirmed with your invoice.

Custom work & exclusivity

If you would like exclusivity on a print and cut combination in your country, please enquire. This also applies to prints from previous collections. Styles, colourways or custom developments not shown online may also be possible on request, in direct discussion with the studio. Write to sales@maldire.com.

Payment

No payment is taken online. Each order reaches us as a request; we confirm availability and send you the final invoice by email. Payment is made by bank transfer. Ready to ship orders are shipped once payment has been received.

Availability & releases

Inventory is updated regularly, though availability cannot be guaranteed until payment has been completed. Upcoming releases and restocks are announced through our wholesale newsletter. Certain releases are produced in strictly limited quantities and may not be reproduced once sold out.

Shipping

As export documentation is arranged individually for each shipment, dispatch may take around one week depending on destination and order. Delivery times may vary with customs processing and export clearance. Shipping is calculated at checkout and includes EAD export documentation where required. Import duties, taxes, customs charges and local handling fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

VAT

EU wholesale clients must provide a valid VAT identification number before invoicing.

Packaging

Orders are shipped with full Maldire packaging by default. If you prefer reduced or no packaging, please let us know before shipment.

Returns

Wholesale orders are final sale unless items arrive damaged or incorrect.

Brand assets

Approved partners may use Maldire imagery and product photographs to promote the brand. Image modifications, third-party advertising or external campaign placements may require prior approval.
